Below is the link to the survey that the supporters of the graywater permit exemption requirement have sent out to stakeholders.  The results of this survey are going to be provided to the California Building Standards Commission.  We need to get as many people as possible to fill this out. 

Question 3 should be answered “no” with the rationale that “Permit exemption components of proposed standards increase public health risk and do not meet the standard for emergency adoption.”

Question 4 should be answered “Approved as amended below”  with the explanation that “A permit should be required for all graywater systems due to the environmental and public health risks from the discharge of untreated wastewater.”
