Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 12:01 PM on Thursday December 20, 2007 at The Waterfront Restaurant in Redwood City, CA. by Chairman Dave Ledda of the Central California Chapter of IAPMO.
Introductions
There were 20 attendees.
Chapter Officers: Dave Ledda, Sarah Aguilar, Nate Vasquez and John Nava were present.
Old Business
The minutes of November 2007 were approved as presented.
New Business
Installation Dinner is going well. A band will be there. Rooms are available at reduced rate, talk to Sarah for details. Don Wadsworth was nominated and elected for Treasurer. Congratulation Don.
Discussion
At the T.C. meeting, there was discussion on changing the wording on wet venting, fresh air inlet location, and ventilation for parking garages. Shower drain assembly and getting them listed was also discussed.
Break for Lunch
Presentation:
Ron Butcher from RLB Stabilizers gave us a great presentation on a new approach on securing water closets to the floor. Thank you, Ron.
We had another great raffle. Thank you, Sarah Aguilar with Southland Industries and Phil Ribbs with PHR Consultants for your generous contributions.
Announcements
No meeting in January, but don’t forget the installation dinner January 26, 2008 at the San Jose Marriott in San Jose, Ca.
Adjournment
Chairman Dave Ledda adjourned the meeting at 1: 40 PM.
